For instance, the 350PNS-35 slurry pump supplied to them, paired with a Weichai 540hp diesel engine, delivers stable performance in transporting materials over distances up to 800 meters, perfectly meeting their needs for long-distance fine sand and silt transport in port maintenance and river dredging projects.
Coarse Sand and Large Particle Handling: For these challenging conditions, we utilize our specially developed large-particle sand pumps. These pumps offer superior passage capability and wear resistance, effectively handling mixtures containing coarse sand and larger stones while maintaining stable operation under harsh working conditions. The 350ZS-60 gravel pump is a prime example. Equipped with high-chromium wear-resistant alloy components and powered by a robust 1000hp diesel engine, it combines efficiency with durability. This setup successfully addresses challenges such as rapid wear and clogging when handling coarse materials, enabling economical and continuous transport of highly abrasive substances.
