On August 24, 2017, representatives from a Maldives company visited our premises to inspect our offerings. Their inquiry had been received at the beginning of August, expressing a need for a submersible slurry pump dredger capable of extracting sand from the sea. With a dredging depth requirement of 1-3 meters and a delivery distance of around 150 meters, they specifically sought a dredger suitable for handling fine sand to be used in covering island areas.

They desired a user-friendly dredger operable by a single individual, with generator power solely dedicated to the submersible slurry pump. Consequently, we opted for a chain block instead of a hoist. Furthermore, both the dredger body and submersible slurry pump were coated with anti-corrosive paint, and we provided anti-corrosive rope for moving the dredger. The generator set chosen was from Cummins. Our design garnered their utmost satisfaction.

We picked them up from our TAI’AN station and escorted them to our factory. With slurry pumps readily available in stock, they first inspected the pumps and familiarized themselves with their operation.
