Description

The gravel sand pump is designed to handle continuously the most challenging higher abrasive slurries containing large solids. It features a single pump casing structure with a smooth over-current channel, while the overflow part is crafted from hard nickel and high-chromium wear-resistant alloy. Additionally, the outlet direction of the gravel pump can be adjusted as needed. This pump is suitable for transporting strong abrasive slurry containing larger particles, commonly found in mining, metal melting, dredging, and similar applications. Its advantages include heavy flow, easy installation and operation, as well as excellent performance in terms of NPSH and abrasion resistance.

Product features and application of the gravel sand pump 

1. The gravel pump is a horizontal, single pump casing structure centrifugal pump.

2. It utilizes a special clamp to secure the pump body and pump cover, allowing the pump outlet to be adjusted in any direction up to 360 degrees for easy installation and use.

3. The bearing components have a cylindrical structure, facilitating easy adjustment of the gap between the impeller and the pump body to ensure a long working life.

4. Bearings are lubricated with grease.

5. The gravel pump offers three types of shaft seals, including packing seal, vice impeller seal, and mechanical seal.

6. With a wide flow channel, the pump exhibits good cavitation performance, high efficiency, and abrasion resistance.

7. Transmission methods include V-shaped V-belt drive, flexible coupling drive, gearbox transmission, hydraulic coupling drive, thyristor speed control, and more.

8. Over-flow components are crafted from nickel-containing high-chromium wear-resistant alloy.

9. The pump can operate at various speeds and variants, ensuring optimal performance under different conditions.

10. With its long working life and high operating efficiency, it can withstand a variety of challenging working conditions.
