The rear cover broke, and then the water leaked. Our technicians helped the workers disassemble the pump casing and then took out the impeller. As our technicians guessed, the rear guard plate broke. Although the material of the rear cover is high chromium alloy, which is hard and wear-resistant, it is fragile and easy to break under external force. And in the process of disassembling the slurry pump, our technicians found that the sealing ring between the rear cover and the slurry pump casing was not fixed well during the last assembly. This was the main reason for the initial leakage. After removing the old rear guard plate, the worker installed the new guard plate and fixed the sealing strip. Then the motor was started to check the running effect. After running for a period of time, there was no water leakage.
