This 12 inch large particle suction pump is made of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant material. Moreover, the main casing of the sand pump and the main over flow components such as the impeller guard plate are thickened, which are particularly suitable for the conditions of extracting coarse sand and large particles. Secondly, the sand pump has good pass-ability, and has three blades, and the maximum discontinuity can reach 22 cm through the particles. Generally, no blockage occurs even if the pebbles are slightly larger, so they will not get stuck.
Mr. Zeng was very interested in this 12 inch large particle suction pump, he immediately signed a contract and paid the deposit. There was a 450 hp diesel engine at the construction site, which could drive the sand pump. However, the hull space was limited and the matching gearbox connection space was blocked, so the engineer recommended that the pump and the engine could be connected through the pulley. The on-site master informed the technicians the diameter and size of the diesel engine end shaft. The technicians selected the D-type 10-slot pulley for the sand pump according to the matching diesel engine power. After determining the specific plan, the workshop organized the production and delivered it to the customer within the specified time.
