The partnership reached a new milestone on May 5th, 2018, when the customer placed an order for an additional five sets of the 4PNSL-15 vertical sand pump machines.
During this interaction, the customer articulated valuable suggestions aimed at enhancing the functionality and durability of the equipment. One critical proposal involved the installation of a rain cover around the motor to shield it from water droplets, thereby safeguarding against motor damage due to exposure to moisture. Additionally, the recommendation to employ a dual-purpose motor, capable of operating both horizontally and vertically, emerged as a practical solution to ensure the stability of the vertical slurry pump machine unit when affixed to the tank body. The selection of the vertical pump machine is quite easy but the movement is not convenient for the vertical cleaning pump with side pontoon, so the vertical slurry pump is mounted on the pump car. The engineering team selected 4PNSL-15 pump model equipped with 4 poles 15 kW motor, after comparing the 5 vertical slurry pump model.
