In September 2024, a customer Tutu from Malawi asked about our pumps. The customer introduced to us the project he was going to carry out, which was used to drain the swamp area, and the road would be repaired after the drainage was completed. After hearing the customer’s introduction, our business manager considered that the swamp area also contained some sand, so if a water pump was used alone, it would easily damage the pump, so we first selected a sand suction pump, because this would not only meet the customer’s needs, but also ensure the service life of the pump.
Later, the customer said that he wanted to transport water to a place 300 meters away, so through calculation, an 8 inch sand suction pump could be used to meet the customer’s transportation distance requirements. The customer also wanted to buy a pipe to transport water. If HDPE pipes are used for transportation, this will make the customer’s cost too high and there will be some waste, so we recommend the use of high-quality 8 inch water hoses, which are relatively cheap and easy to pack and transport.
After hearing our plan, the customer was very satisfied, which not only saved him money, but also met or even exceeded his requirements for the pump. The customer paid a 40% deposit immediately after getting our PI. After 5 working days, our 8 inch sand suction pump unit production test was completed. After the customer paid the balance payment, we arranged to deliver the 8 inch sand suction pump unit to the customer’s warehouse in Zhejiang.
