2.Case

In June 2021, we received an inquiry from Mr. Lin, a Malaysian customer. He was looking for a pump to extract sand from the river behind the company, but he was more worried about whether our pump could meet his requirements. Because he had bought a sand pump locally before, but he couldn’t go to the site to pump sand, which made him very anxious and worried whether our sand pump was feasible.

The reason is that the small river behind his company is full of coarse sand, the water depth is about 8 meters, and the height difference from the water surface to the sand storage point is 12 meters, and the horizontal distance is 6-7 meters. He hopes that we can make him a complete solution, including sand pumps, diesel engines, sand suction pipes and sand discharge pipes, and spare parts when necessary to meet his needs.

Our business manager immediately communicated with our engineers. After two weeks of communication, negotiation and order confirmation between the sales manager and Mr. Lin, after receiving the deposit, in order to ensure timely delivery, the workshop immediately produced, tested, packaged, booked and sent to Malaysia.

After receiving the goods, Mr. Lin quickly arranged for workers to start the machine by the river to test whether our sand pump could pump sand. After the guidance of the business manager, the sand was easily scooped up. Mr. Lin is very satisfied with our solution. In the near future, he also plans to purchase 2 sets for construction together.
