Mr. Ren got a sand field in Taiwan. There was a river near the sand field. He wanted to use a sand pump to suck the sand in the river. The water level of the river was unstable. When the water level was high, it was about 3 meters; when the water level was low, it was only tens of centimeters. It was easy to operate at low water level, but it was more difficult to operate when the water level was deep. Mr. Ren contacted OCEAN Pump sales staff to inquire about the sand pump machine that can be used in the local operation.
After detailed communication, OCEAN Pump engineers suggested to use a high-pressure water pump to supply water source for sand slurry suction pump, at the same time, the high pressure water can impact the deposited sand to increase the sand concentration of the sand pump machine. In consideration of operation convenience, it was recommended that the customer made two floating bodies where the sand slurry dredge pump could be installed. The floating bodies could move to anywhere of the river for sand suction. Drawing on the experience of domestic customers in the dry land sand absorption, we sent the pictures and videos of the on-site operations to the customer for reference, the customer appreciated this operation mode. At the same time, considering the requirements of sand output and the discharge distance, OCEAN Pump engineers selected 14 inch sand and slurry pump 350PNS-35. The inlet size of the sand slurry pump is 14 inch, export size is 12 inch. To drive this sand pump, we also helped the customer purchase diesel engine and gear box. After the plan was determined, the customer paid the advance payment, we arranged the workshop for production, and made the export fumigation-free package. After the production was completed, the customer paid the remaining payment. Then we delivered the sand pump machine to transit warehouse designed by the customer within the specified time.
